Technical Information

If you are using our e-bronze, e-silver, or e-gold solutions then all you need is a web browser with Explorer 5.5 or higher.

 

For our e-Platinum solution we install a java client on your machines to give you full access to the campaign design tools as well as contact manager where you can view the activity log of each customer.

• Storage 75-MB free disk space if you choose not to install the Pivotal
• MarketFirst PDF documentation
• If you want to install the PDF documentation, you must have
• 100-MB of free disk space
• CPU minimum: Pentium 450 MHz
